I'm 21 year old male. My weight is 83 kg and and i'm of 5'8" I need to lose weight. Please suggest a way so that I can lose it at a faster rate.

According to your height your ideal weight should be 67 kgs. You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat.
