Ji ha ap sendha namak use kar sakte he. Par usase bhi achha he agar ap dono alternate use kare taki iodine ki kami na ho aur sehat bhi thik rahe. Jyada jankari ke liye muje Lybrate ke madhyam se consult kar sakte he.
