Are garlic and onion bad for brain health? As in many cultures, it is suggested to avoid eating them as it promotes negative thoughts. It will be great if you list out the benefits and ill-effects of eating garlic and onion. I'm aware that both helps in regulating blood pressure, inflammation etc. What does the science say of its effects on the brain, libido etc? Please explain.
