Cream on my face and walk outside with in a few hours I feel dust on my face I suppose it happens becaz of the cream which I applied on my face. And my face becomes black in colour and I look ugly.

Don't use creams. Take a aloevera leaf, cut it from middle, and apply on face. Rub gently for 5 min. Then let it dry. Then wash off with warm water. Your skin will remain moist and cool. Do this twice a day.
