Hi! yes you can use them both together. But more than the pills please depend on diet modification and regular exercise for weight loss. These tablets are only to assist you in losing weight and are not the method to lose weight. The medications can be taken together or at separate time. Preferably after meals. And preferably around the same time everyday.

Hello, There are some indications for using metformin in pcos and these drugs should be used only if indicated: the most appropriate candidates for using metformin in pcos are the following: women with pcos and concurrent impaired glucose tolerance test or diabetes, those with obvious evidence of severe insulin resistance (acanthosis nigricans) and women having features of metabolic syndrome such as central obesity, hypertension and dyslipidemia. Along with metformin one should undertake lifestyle modification like: 1) avoiding high calorie food 2) to eat small meals at frequent intervals 3) daily exercises 4) brisk walk for 30 min daily.
