I am 40 years old. My job nature is physical work and standing at least 6 hours also I have irregular meal time due to shift duty. So please advice how can I maintain bones strong for good health.

Try and regularise your meal time. It?s not impossible though may be difficult. Take adequate fluids and maintain your electrolyte balance. Having fruits in between the meals can help. Have a glass of warm milk at bed time and continue your physical work. Avoid standing. Must walk or keep moving and taking steps to prevent varicose veins.

Do following - whenever you are eating think of quality. eat healthy stuff and mix so that you get all nutrients - keep fruits dry fruits milk and milk products handy so that you can take them at short notice - take multivitamins iron calcium with vit D as per need - exercise whenever you get time and mix different types aerobic strength training stretching - when standing long seek opportunity to move. even few steps will help - vajrasan helps legs
