I am a myasthenia gravis patient since 4 years on medication, tab gravitor, tab azoran, supermet xl, becosules & shelcal, 2 years back I stopped taking steroids which damaged my hip joints for which I under went bilateral hip replacement surgery, should I have to take medicine for the whole life, please advice me what's best further treatment to follow as I have lot of pain in my body/joints.

Yes it will need to be taken whole life. The better option is homeopathic treatment. It can gradually reduce the medicine.

You have to take some medication to avoid worsening of the symptoms. You can go for physiotherapy treatment to avoid the joint pain. Aerobic exercises to use of oxygen to adequately meet energy demands during exercise via aerobic metabolism.
