Tricks don't come handy for med tt get scaling polishing done by a dentist than brush twice daily especially at night avoid coloured food stuff.

Hello, these stains are the deposits which occur due to food and beverages we consume. They need to be removed professionally by a round of scaling by a dentist. Once the scaling is done brush twice and rinse with water after eating or drinking tea/coffee so that the particles does not remain stuck on your teeth for long. Rest scaling should be don once in a year. Thanks.
