In my opinion, baby's weight (9 kg) is within normal range for her age (14 months). It is advisable to give her healthy home diet.

what was the birth weight? generally baby weight triples by one year of age. if the baby weight was 3 at birth then the present weight is little bit low. first you should try home available food only. better to give protein drink after 2 years of age .

FOr 14 months old 9 kg is ok as per the World Health Organisation chart . Keep a track of her growth every 3 months and also kindly follow the length and head circumference. All the natural food items to help in growth needs to be given. Give good source of protein ( egg, soyabean, daal, chana, sattu , etc. ) and butter or ghee for weight gain .

You don't require pediasure or any other protein supplements. Only thing if you are very much concerned is to improve the nutrition by adding more calories to whatever she is eating. Please don't depend on milk alone for meeting her food requirements.
