Myself prasad and I am 25 year old I was diagnosed with hypertension 2 years back and I have been put on medication of olmin 10 mg tablets. Since then I am consuming regularly but when I can stop taking tablets. Now my blood pressure seems to be normal or how long should I take tablets.
