I am taking a good diet, As a normal person but I look like a malnutrition person, tried exercises, protien supplements, heavy diet but nothing worked. What to do? My height is 5.6 ft and weight is 50 kg. Kindly help.

- take regular meals - add carbohydrates, fats, proteins, in each meal (like in breakfast, lunch, dinner) - take in between snacks like dry fruits, bananas, peanuts chikki. - increased intake of chappti or rice in a day
