My dad, age: 47 had semi on 19 of july, he was admitted to hospital and was in icu for 3 days, his lvef=40% first angioplasty was advise but after 4 days drs said no need of angioplasty now, just medication and diet will help, what precautions should we take to prevent another mi? And I want to know what is exactly wrong there?
