I am following a very strict diet plan past 4 months and have been doing lot of workout past 1 month. Still I am unable to lose weight on weighing scale. Though inch losses are there. Still it's quite frustrating when scale does not move. In the first 3 months, I lost 10 kgs but past one month weight is stuck. Please suggest.
