Hello Mam, Actually, I used a steroid cream (clobeta gm) before 5 months ago for 6 months. Now my face colour getting dark and also hyperpigmentation on my face. Please suggest me any cream how to get rid of these problems? Please suggest me.

Hello Madam. Please stop using that cream for your face. It shouldn't be applied over face for so long or even for short duration as there are many side effects. What you have now is most probably tsdf (topical steroid damaged face) which includes thinning of skin, hyper and hypo pigmentation, facial hairs, redness, telangiectasia (tiny blood vessels in the skin) and many other things like acne, burning, photosensitivity etc. My advise for you is to start applying a sunscreen regularly in the morning and afternoon and consult with a certified dermatologist in your area who can suggest an appropriate sunscreen as well as oral and/or topical medicines for your dermatological condition. If you have any problems in your vision, consult with an ophthalmologist also since long term clobetasol use over the face can also cause cataract.
