Dear friend. There is no cure for asthma in broad sense. If you have allergic components then probably allergen immunotherapy might help in reducing your severity or some times remission.

Asthma permanent cure is rare though if only one or two ck early identified avoidable antigens are identified and removed from environment such as a mango tree or a particular food like a peanut etc.
