Hi, since last 2 weeks I am experiencing nightmares and I wake up involuntarily shaking and yelling the shaking last for 4-5 seconds on getting up I dream that I am shaking in the dream too I am worried it is some sort of epilepsy I have anxiety issues because of my grandmother passing away last month I dream about her and wake up yelling and shaking should I worry about this.
