I am hypothyroid patient before 3 months my tsh was 6.33 and started taking thyronorm 50 mg. Now I am 5 weeks pregnant and have my tfts done which shows tsh less than 0.005 and t3 and t4 are slightly higher. What dose should I use now and I am 5w+ 3d pregnant?

Kusum ji, Thanks for the query. It appears that Levothyroxine dosage (50mcg) was much higher than what you should have started with TSH at 6.33 mU/L. Ideally TSH should be maintained <2.5 mU/L 0.005 mU/L is a bit too low. You may have to reduce the dosage by 12.5 mcg to 37.5 mcg per day. Then check TSH again after 4 weeks.
