I injured the top part of my biceps tendon, its inflamed. I went to a doctor and he prescribed an inflammatory. Now the thing is idk till what point of the healing I should wait to use my shoulder again and how long it can take to heal. Also are there any things I can do to accelerate the healing. I'm getting crazy not being able to workout.
