Hello Doctor, My father aged 80 years old, had a mild stroke a year ago, fell today morning in floor. That hurt in forehead and around eye. Some blood went away from the forehead injury. The area is swollen a bit. And around the eye, a black mark is created as the blood clots around the eye. As my father taking aciloc-rd, donep-5, ecosprin-av (75/20) and syndopa-110 since last couple of months. But after the injury, our local doctor prescribed amoxyclav-625, chymotas-40 along with tet-vac. But I have some confusion, are this medicine safe to take with existing neuro medicine. I have asked to our local doctor and he responded it is safe. But I need second opinion before giving the medicine to my father. Please do not mind, it might possible, doctor was absent minded at the time of response. I always double check those decision. Please reply.

As you mentioned your father is taking ecosprin, it is highly recommended to get his imaging by ct scan or mri. The medicines are safe but you need to check whether they are required or not. Antibiotics are only required if there is obvious cut or open wound is present. I recommend for clinical examination of the patient.
