Present (sept 2019) hba1c-(hpcl-ngsp certified) is 7.1% and last year is 6.7% (sept 2018). My fasting blood glucose is 120 and postprandial blood glucose is 86 (god-pod erba em200 fully auto analyser). I am 58 years, bmi is 26.6, cardiac patient under medication (from last 3 years) atorvastatin 20 mg+clopidogrel 75 mg*1 time, carvedilol 10 mg*2 times, ramipril 2.5 mg*1 time sir. Till now, I didn't used any "diabetes tablets" and don?t have any diabetes symptoms sir. My question is >>>post prandial blood glucose is less than fasting blood glucose and am I ?diabetes? sir.

your HbA1c levels are in diabetic range.Monitor fasting and pp blood sugar start treatment if fasting goes to126 or more and pp goes 200 or more.Otherwise take diabetic diet and exercise regularly.

Yes. You are diabetic. Its not necessary for both values to be raised. Also, your hba1c levels are high. Kindly meet local physician or diabetologist for treatment. Follow strict diabetic diet. If you do not exercise, try exercising regularly for atleast 30 mins daily.
