I am 59 years. Two years back suffered anal fissure, later became fistula. Took best treatments with md doctor but only temporarily gain. Pus formation started. Got kshaarsutra ayurveda thread surgery from govt hospital. Suffered high pain before and after surgery. It became normal. Now after one year again feeling pain around anal region. Precautions started like hot water sit bath, applying shield cream, zerodol tabs as per your advise. Also taking travel or isabgol to avoid constipation. A fear developed in mind. Not having courage to face previous type illness/pain. Financially not well as retired from a private company. Ready to take any treatment even for long period with any medicine in allopathic, homeopathic or aayurvedic. At the moment, only little pain in anal region, which disappear after sit bath, applying cream and pain killer zerodol tabs. If I discontinue, again little pain starts. Constipation is problem for which taking travel etc. Please cooperate. Regards.
