Taking vitamin tabs is a short term measure. Not advisable to take for prolonged period. Nutrient value in the body can be better obtained by - *take protein rich food --- milk products, seeds, pulses, fruits, vegetables etc. *avoid outside food, fried and masala foods, processed food and junk food. Take home food as far as possible. * maintain food timings * don?t miss breakfast. *avoid heavy dinners and late night meals. *avoid stimulants, aerated drinks etc. And maintain good food habits. * avoid alcohol and smoking * drink lots of water and juices and keep hydrated. Drink only properly protected water. * have adequate, timely, good night sleep *have vigorous physical exercise to improve absorption and blood circulation.
