Primarily joint pain in whole body. Feels some fever but not regularly. Now pain feels in muscle also. Doctor prescribe for blood test. This is last for last 25 days. My aso level 346. Uric acid and re factor normal. Doctor prescribe pentids 400. But no improvement happened.

Fever and myalgia from 25 days indicate chonic infection /inflammatory reaction. Needs proper blood test to know reason common reason for poly arthritis are uric acid and ra are negative needs antiinflammatory drugs to relieve symptoms cbc, esr, tsh, crp, vitb12, vitd3 aso titer indicate antistrepto coccal antibody common throat infection also causes poly arthritis, needs antibiotics for long time and local hygiene of throat.
