I am 24 years old female. I am suffering from asthma since I was one and half years old. Since 2008 till today I am using budamate 200 inhaler. Can that inhaler be used for lifetime. What are side effects of it if I use it for lifetime. I am unable to abandon the usage of inhaler.

See, you are on the right way. You should use it lifetime. But inhaler dose may be changed by doctor. You have to do follow up with chest specialist every 3 month if possible (otherwise once in 6 month is must to review). If I say the comparison of benefit vs side effect, the benefit is much more if you continue it in low dose for lifetime. Yes, chance of pneumonia may be there, but still use it.
