My son has stone in urinary area 4.5 & 3.3 mm and doctor given cystone two tablet twice in a day and neeri syrup thrice in a day but one week over he has not getting relief and when pain started then doctor given dimapar & pantop40 mg inj and then he get relief, kindly advise how get relief from this problem.
