Sir, my age is 65. I am suffering from heart disease past 4 years. I have diabetes since 20 years. Doctor said now some angioplasty needed in heart. But blood sugar is very high i.e 245 in fasting. Cardiogy doctor said when blood sugar down to normal then he will do angioplasty. I am taking insulin (human mixtard) before lunch and before dinner (20point) but blood sugar did not effect. Please suggest how blood sugar will control? Another alternate medication for diabetes?
