Since 11 years I am suffering from hypothyroidism. Every morning I take medicine. Last month my tsh was 0.01 so I stopped medicine. I used to take 150 mg thyronorm (about). After stopping that this month on 6th had blood test n found that my tsh is 85.70.so I consult doctor n taking 100 mg medicine. He suggest me not to stop medicine. Therefore please please please suggest me what to eat and what not to eat particularly as because my doctor said eat everything. Please suggest me the perfect diet. Regards.
