I am 25, my height is 161 cm and weight is 64 I am on calories deficit and workout 5 days in a week, 80 percent of my body has only - side fat (oblique fat), it looks ugly, gym trainer is suggesting to use lepo 6 fat burner or l carnitine fat burner etc. Kindly anyone suggest me if I can use the above fat burners, if not please suggest me any other products or anything. I am just want to loss the side fat.

Try to change the type of exercise you do. Increase protein and fibre in meals. Avoid processed foods sugar salt maida. Have you done a body fat percentage analysis. It can give you a percentage of fat and muscle in the body. No need to start fat burners. A heavy exercise routine atleast five times a week for an hour with a balanced low val diet will help.
