Hi there, I was wondering how do I know I have an infection in my muscle? Also if having infection what to do? I have injected i?m side deltoid with steroids. I have been using for many years now but never experienced these symptoms before. My symptoms are: swollen deltoid inflammation around deltoid heat coming from injected area muscle is saw (feels like bruising but no visual evidence of bruising) slightly red.
