My tsh level is 25.38 and have both symptoms of hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism just want to know which thyroid it is.

Hello lybrate-user user if your tsh is low it should be hypothyroidism. Repeat tsh with free t4 and free t3 and consult a physician and take appropriate treatment. Take care.
