I am 27 year male and have slight dark knuckles on both hands from 1 year. Also neck appears slight dark on one side and numbness in hand and leg while sitting from 3 months. My fasting blood sugar is 96 mg/dl and pp-106 mg/dl, bmi-24.6.vitamin b12-191 pg/ml. Taken mecobal od -1500 mg for two months but not benefited much. please give suggestion regarding diabetes.

With the present fasting and postprandial sugars you cannot be diagnosed as diabetes as fasting blood sugar should be more than 126, ppbs more than 200 or hba1c more than 6.5.so you may be having tingling because of some other reason. Better to consult neurologist.
