Hello, Thanks for the query. I have seen the details given. When a person is on adequate dosage of Levothyroxine TSH is maintained around 23 to 4 mU/L, normal range being 0.5 to 5.0 mU/L. Upper range may vary depending upon some labs. As her TSh is 2.11 mU/L, there is no need to change the dosage. Reduction may cause the rise in TSH . So please continue the same. Do check TSH after 6 months.Thanks.
