Hi I am 35 years old male last year I had fallen down and had some disc issue. This year I got x-ray done and it shows some small part of the bone was broken and it shows. I do not have pain while sleeping or walking. But when I am sitting for hours it starts to pain. Some have suggested me surgery. Your expert help would be appreciated.
