So in school today I realized that I had a mild discomfort right above my belly button. I assumed that it was because of my jean button pressing on my belly button. I went to the bathroom to dig around in my belly button and a small amount of lint came out. When I got home I decided to check things out again because there was still some discomfort and I now had diarrhea. Out of my belly button, I pulled out (what I believe to be) a huge naval stone the size of the end of the cue tip. It was yellow-brown, but it had a white coating.

A navel stone forms when sebum and keratin from dead skin cells collect in your belly button. The material accumulates and hardens into a tight mass. When it's exposed to oxygen in the air, it turns black through a process called oxidation.
