Hello, Last year by march I had panic attack my doctor prescribed me to take nexito and pedril after that I felt panic attack like sensation near my chest doctor advised clonafit, daxid and cynocal I continued it for sometime and then discontinued without asking doctor. Now I am feeling tired often and tiredness above my eyes. Memory problem. This disturbs my daily activity. I am very much worried can any one help me to sort out of this problem.

We should not leave the medication in between. Even if we feel ok sometimes external help is required. The way we don't ignore the physical illness and make medications in the same way the problems (even if not visible) are illnesses and proper treatment should be taken. For detailed information meet a psychiatrist or psychologist who will explain to you why you are having this problem and what are the treatment strategies.

Kindly dont be hesitant in continuing the prescribed medicines, you seem to be caught up in an anxiety cycle, where in decision making gets impaired. Please do give a full trial of using antidepressants and anxiolytics once again , you don’t seem to be in a grave situation you will be settled

It can be due to cognitive effects of the medicines. You need to consult your psychiatrist again and get them modified. Good luck.
