If a 12 years boy is injected luprodex once for early puberty as a part of hormone treatment, is it ok to take it ?and if anyone don't want to take another doses, Is there any side effects remaining? Actually my brother is autistic and his puberty is going on .now he is 12 years old boy. Luprodex is injected just before 3 months and next dose is told to take before 13 feb, 2020. Is it required or harmful for him?

Hi if the luprodex was given long back and he is already 12 years and the family is not interested to take further injections, it is okay to not continue. There are usually not any reported side effects to discontinuing it, the puberty usually starts to progress again once the injection is discontinued. Would be happy to answer any further queries.
