Im feeling tension on my forearm nerves and on heart like we feel during anxiety but currently im not worried about anything and it is happening for no reason. Ps- im taking medications from a neurologist for low serotonin and anxiety. Medicines are fordep12. 5, ciplar-la20 betonin lysine syrup and zapiz 0.25 in case panic attacks occur. Currently my situation is much improved with medicines but for no reason im feeling this tenseness.

Hi, you are very young and dynamic. Tension and ghabrahat is a very small thing in front of you. Be energetic to possess all the positive energy in your life. Because everything is on your hand. Your health. Your thought process. Everything is with you. Just need little polish. Don't be scared. Nobody is going to kill you or eat you. Talk to one psychologist/ counsellor. Develop positive habits. Do breathing exercises and practice mindfulness.
