After few months your weight will be normal. Eat healthy food like fresh fruits, proteins, carbohydrate, nuts. You can do normal walk in begining. Avoids sweets and too much fat. Breast feed your baby. It will reduce your weighy very fast. Take iron and calcium supplements.
