I am 33 years old male I have fungal infection since one year I have ketoconazole cream and tables some time it's gone than its come again now this time I have red patches on my back and some in front of my body please suggest me better cure for it. Thanks.

Cream alone s not sufficient as you r saying you have many patches. U need a course of oral antifungals for a specific duration. Ofcourse along wit antifungal soap and dusting powder.
