As per yesterday's comment of CM, most of the patients in delhi were asymptomatic. So if a person has no symptoms he can also be a patient of corona. So what is your advice on that.

Thats true. Upto 80% of cases are asymptomatic or have very mild symptoms. Its like a normal influenza virus but has greater infectivity and mortality rate (specially in elderly).
