I have a query regarding covid 19. Its heard in kerala that, people who came from overseas are being positive even after 30 days too. If so, what would be the situations of people who were asked to be in quarantine only for 14 days and so they might be travelling to their relatives etc after 14 days or even in public areas, as at present situation of relaxed lockdown at kerala. How can we confirm that overseas people who even completed quarantine of 14 or 28 days are even not the carriers of cavity 19? As an asymptomatic, as all overseas people are not being tested? Is there any relation or assumption being done with viral load etc?
