Can I eat vitamin e capsules daily or should give a gap of 2-3 days or should take in a week I have a problem of premature greying hair.

Premature greying of hair is due to following reasons a.heredity b. Stress c. Nutritional imbalance d. Use of bleaching agents to hair if its hereditary, it can't be reversed, if it is due to other causes it can be reversed.

Premature greying of hairs could be because of many factors. It may be familial, nutritional deficiency, harmon issue, some environmental factors etc. So only taking vit e capsules will not solve your problem. You need proper assessment and treatment. So get a consultation with a dermatologist to start proper treatment.
