I am 21 years old. Few days ago I got pain in my lower back, according to the scanning report I am having 3 mm stone in my both kidney. I am eating drotin-m tables. I want to whether it is right table or not? And will it pass from urine or not?

Stones less than 5 mm have a higher possibility of passing in the urine. But it will depend on multiple other factors.

Hello, our greetings as per you mentioned in your question such a small stone of 3 mm may not be the reason for your low back ache. Even if it is the reason nothing to worry they will go off in your pee. Only thing you should do is have strict diet protocol with plenty of water. You can limit usage of your analgesic to only when you have pain. Thank you.

Avoid non veg like mutton and chicken take water such that your urine should be more than equal to 2.5 lit per 24 hours.
