Lots of side effects. But your problem needs detail assessment to fix the things. Continuing medicine on your own for indefinite period is definitely not advisable.

Dear lybrate-user, your doctor must have made a diagnosis depending on your symptoms. She/he would have felt that nexito 10 mg and other tablets will help you. She/he knows that 95% of people don't develop any side effect. Your chances of experiencing side effect may be only 5%. Those side effects are not any life threatening or organ damage type (if it is so, the doctor would have warned you and advised you periodic blood tests to check). They may be, if at all you develop, will be of some nuisance. If it is too troublesome, please report them. There are many more of similar working tablets. The doctor may switch to one of them. You can also weigh the risk vs. Benefit. Please remember 1. If there is no pain, no gain. 2. Nexito's benefit will start after 2-3 weeks; side-effects will start from the first tablet. 3. Please list your symptoms before nexito, and question the doctor only with new symptoms as side effect. 4. If you google for side effect of nexito, question yourself whether you already had them before taking these tablets. Many of your symptoms overlap with side effects.

It's not necessary that every patient gets side effects. You mentioned taking medications for 2 years. I hope by now you feel well and that you do not have symptoms of depression or anxiety. If you are maintaining well then I would suggest you slowly taper the medications under the supervision of a psychiatrist. If you still maintain well on the lowered dose then it can be still lowered slowly over 2-3 weeks and then stopped. But please do not stop medications suddenly as it can cause rebound or withdrawal symptoms. Please take proper advice of the doctor.
