I am 42 years old. I got calf muscle tear and doctor advised for bed rest 4 weeks. But almost 8 weeks completed and the pain is reduced to 50% but still not able to walk. As per the mri scan water formation in calf muscle and not sure what to do next. Kindly advised further.

Take rest and wear mcr chappals so that the body weight does't fall on the calf muscles while walking and moving around. Rest is the only medicine here and that's the permanent solution for the calf muscles to completely heal.
