Hello, your condition is cervical radiculopathy with cervicogenic headache. Decompression surgery and pain intervention at neck should be avoided unless severely affected. Epley manuevre routinely will not be helpful in your case. Gabantin better to be tappered down if pain improves. You should start some exercises specific for the treatment. Add on medicine may be required. Get well soon.

I think you are having cervical myelopathy ,surgery is not the first treatment for that .surgery is indicated only when the medical treatment fails.

Hello lybrate-user looking at your problems and the treatment you are undergoing, it seems it is a bit of overkill. The vertigo you have mentioned is not true vertigo. In fact it is possibly a side effect of the drugs you are taking. Correct exercises is the key to neck and shoulder pains. And an alteration to your medicines prescription is needed. You are already undergoing treatment from another doctor (hopefully an orthopaedician ). I cannot advice on changing your prescription here but I have told you the crux. Hope it helps.
