My sister has left knee problem. Mri report is showing intra substance tear of medial meniscus with horizontal morphology extending into body and posterior horn. No articular surface extension is seen (grade 2) mild joint effusion is seen it is little bit difficult for her to bend leg. Suggest effective medicine or treatment.
