I'm 25 years old, I am a lot overweight and I used to smoke a lot but i'm trying to quit and haven't smoked in a month. What is the best course of action for me to lose weight? And also I used to stay up all night and sleep in the morning through the day and before that I used to sleep less but now my sleep schedule is almost back to normal. So how can I get rid of dark circles and baggy eyes?
