Since past two weeks i'm having aches in my entire body (with more emphasis on chest and left arm). This is accompanied by lightheadedness and occasional nausea as well. There is no specific pattern, the pain comes and goes in patches, and so does dizziness. During this course, one of my nostrils is almost entirely blocked the whole day thereby causing me discomfort. Got tests done for ecg, haemoglobin and b12, all are fine. I'm 26 y/o male with no heavy drinking or smoking history. Been to 3 doctors but no one could figure out the root cause. Any help would be appreciated.
