Hi, I am iqtidar 28 years old my height is 5.11 and weight almost 65 kg. I feel lack of energy all the time all over my body and mind, restlessness, lite pain lower back and legs from last few years. I can not concentrate properly. My short and long both memories are also effected even though my diet and sleep patterns are just fine. I have used different vitality and energy supplements but all were temporary effective a few days back I have read about lack of mitochondria in the cells of the body which causes this kind of fatigue. I read about adenosine 5?-triphosphate (atp) shots to help me out of the concerned fatigue. I have a question for icliniq doctors should I take atp shots? Would it be beneficial for my symptoms? Does atp shots have any side effects? I had have no long lasting disease history although I have struggled with anxiety and depression because of some financial and relationship issues.

Please do physical exercise regularly. It helps release of endorphins which help you improve from chronic fatigue. Also if you had depression/ anxiety issues in past, rule out relpase of previous mental illness currently. Â
